The product itself is of good quality, and the customization service provided by Debra was outstanding. The problem was that the product wasn't sufficiently secure inside the box, and it was a total disaster, as many of the products arrived broken to the end customer, generating an extremely high cost for us. When we contacted the supplier, they said they would take note, but they haven't taken any after-sales action, considering that product security is part of the product itself.
